1. Tell us what happened:
Provide a brief description as to what happened.
Were there any witnesses? If so, take down their contact information.
Is there any video footage or photos of the incident? If so, request a copy and/or take down the contact information of the representative that has access to it and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
2. Have you received any legal communication regarding this incident?
Send it in to us at email@example.com.
You are not obligated to speak with anyone about the claim filed against you—refer any interested party to ProSight, and your dedicated Claims Professional will address the matter with the interested party directly.
3. Be responsive:
